This Was Restored More Than 11 Years ago we have Owned This Super Bee For Over 11 Years At Our Florida Residence It Ships From Fort Lauderdale Previous owner lived In California paint and bodywork look amazing in the original Y2 Yellow with the correct 8X black transverse stripe. This is the same color that was used in much of the advertising for the 1969 Super Bees. It is a very high quality paint job. The sides are very straight and there is no rust anywhere on the car. There may be a few minor chips, as the car has been driven since restored. The chrome and stainless bumpers and trim have been redone and look excellent. Before I purchased the car, the grille and taillight panel had both recently been replaced with NOS parts. All the glass is in excellent condition as well.
The wheels are painted to match the body and have correct Mopar Redline center caps which are in very good condition. They are BF Goodrich Silvertown Radial Redlines, size P235/70/15's.
The black vinyl top is in perfect condition. The interior is in excellent condition and has been restored.
The carpet, seats, door panels, headliner and dash pad are like new. The Super Bee is equipped with the A62 Rallye Gauges gauges including the combination tachometer and clock, which both work great. All the gauge faces were recently restored By Last Owner The factory AM radio does not work, there is an aftermarket AM/FM/CD player installed in the glove box.
The Super Bee runs and drives great. I've driven it to numerous shows and events and it is a pleasure to drive. It does not run hot or overheat at all, even in the hot summer months. Everything works as it should on the car. I was told that the motor had recently been rebuilt before I got it. I had my mechanic go through the entire car and he observed that the motor had been rebuilt along with the entire front suspension being rebuilt as well. He replaced all the brakes and all the rear axle bearings and seals. The exhaust has been completely redone with dual Flowmasters and the correct exhaust tips.
