Im Rahmen des Verkaufs vereinbaren wir, dass das Fahrzeug innerhalb von 13 Wochen nach der offiziellen Exportmeldung bei der niederländischen Zulassungsbehörde RDW im EU-Bestimmungsland dauerhaft zugelassen wird. Der Käufer stellt dem Verkäufer zeitnah nach der Zulassung eine Kopie der Zulassungsbescheinigung zur Verfügung, damit dieser die BPM-Erstattung beantragen kann. Diese Abwicklung wird transparent im Kaufvertrag festgehalten.

The advertised price is an export price for sale to another EU country and does not apply to registration in the Netherlands. It takes into account the seller’s refund of the Dutch vehicle registration tax (BPM).

As part of the sale, we agree that the vehicle will be permanently registered in the destination EU country within 13 weeks of its official Dutch export notification. The buyer provides a copy of the foreign registration certificate promptly after registration, allowing the seller to complete the BPM refund application. These arrangements will be clearly recorded in the purchase agreement.
