1) Commercial Register extract
2) Owner ID with photo
3) Valid VAT ID
We will perform a VIES check before the sale.
✅ If your VAT ID is valid in VIES and the vehicle is eligible for net sale for EU or non-EU export, we will invoice net - 0% Danish VAT.
⛔ If the VIES check fails, the sale will be invoiced gross, including 25% Danish VAT.
Non-EU Export:
25% VAT deposit or by agreement, plus €53 MRN customs fee, required before release.
VAT deposit is refunded once valid proof of export (MRN Follow-up + Transit) from the European Commission is provided.
