I am selling the car because I can currently charge my company car for free at work, so I no longer need the Leon.
The car is very well equipped and comes with a great specification, including:

Since owning the car, I have invested quite a lot in preventive maintenance. I prefer to replace known weak points before they become problems rather than waiting for something to fail.
Maintenance & recent work
Front and rear brakes replaced less than 10,000 km ago
New Michelin summer tyres
Almost-new Continental winter tyres
Engine oil changed every 10,000–15,000 km
DSG serviced every 30,000 km
Fuel filter recently replaced
New engine mounts
Oil cooler replaced preventively, as this component can be prone to leaking on these engines
The previous owner replaced the timing belt, water pump and oil-pump belt at approximately 130,000 km
To my knowledge, the engine does not consume oil and the car has no known mechanical issues. I have carried out all maintenance myself.
The DPF is currently removed from the car, but the original DPF is included and will be supplied loose with the vehicle.
Condition:
The car drives as it should and is in very good overall condition considering its mileage. Naturally, there are some signs of use on both the exterior and interior, including some stone chips on the front bumper.
As far as I know, the car has almost every available option for this model. The main options it does not have are:

Overall, this is a well-maintained Leon with a strong specification and a substantial amount of preventive maintenance already taken care of.
