Why is this Corvette special?Corvettes are manufactured exclusively in the United States, meaning that every example found in Europe has been imported from the U.S. As a result, many Corvettes on the European used-car market have a history that may be incomplete, unclear, or difficult to verify.
This Corvette is different.
While serving as a diplomat in the United States, I purchased the car for my own personal use. At the end of my assignment, I personally brought the vehicle back to Hungary, where it was properly imported, registered, and put on the road in accordance with local regulations.
The car has remained in my ownership throughout, and its history is fully known, documented, and verifiable. I am so confident in its history that if it could be credibly demonstrated that the vehicle had previously suffered any accident damage, I would buy the car back.
The next owner is therefore not purchasing a U.S. import with an uncertain past, but a carefully maintained Corvette in excellent condition with a transparent and documented history.
