For intra-EU B2B sales, we are legally required to complete a KYC check before finalizing the sale.

1) Commercial Register extract
2) Valid VAT ID extract
3) Owner ID with photo

We will perform a VIES check before the sale.

If your VAT ID is valid, we invoice netto (0% Danish VAT).
If it is not valid / the check fails, the sale will be brutto (incl. 25% Danish VAT).

Non-EU Export:

25% VAT deposit or by agreement, plus €53 MRN customs fee, required before release
VAT deposit is refunded once valid proof of export (MRN Follow-up + Transit) from the European Commission is provided

For Netto Cars Documentation:

Netto invoicing requires full VAT documentation.

For EU intra-community supply:

If no CMR is available upon arrival, we will provide a Customer Declaration (DE-Gelangensbestätigung) as proof of EU supply.

For Brutto Cars Documentation:

A loading video showing the address + VIN, or a signed CMR, is required.

Export Plates & Insurance:

- Must be ordered 1 day in advance
- Power of attorney required from buyer/driver
