That number includes both the Saloon and Touring, making the B5 GT Touring even rarer. As Alpina's flagship model, it features the most powerful drivetrain the company ever produced and marks the end of an era as the final Alpina developed before the brand became part of BMW.

Alpina has always stood for effortless high speed combined with exceptional comfort. Faster than the BMW M5, which was never offered as a Touring in this generation, yet significantly more refined on long journeys. While the M5 is tuned with a sharper focus on outright sportiness, the B5 GT delivers a far more comfortable driving experience without sacrificing performance. Its 634 hp and 850 Nm of torque launch it from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, before continuing to an incredible top speed of 330 km/h.

The specification is exactly what an Alpina should be. Finished in iconic Alpina Green with the signature decorative striping, classic Alpina wheels, the distinctive front spoiler and four exhaust tailpipes, it has an unmistakable presence.

Inside, the cabin is equally impressive. It is upholstered in Brown Lavalina leather, a remarkable €14,200 option. Even by today's standards, the craftsmanship is among the finest available. Alpina walnut wood trim, an Alcantara headliner and beautifully finished contrast stitching create an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.
